- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จักเชื่อว่าตนเองคือส่วนสำคัญของการสร้างพลังอันมหาศาลเพื่อการเปลี่ยน ลด ทำลายหรือกำจัดสิ่งชั่วร้าย และขณะเดียวกันเพื่อสร้างสิ่งดีมีอารยธรรมและเป็นคุณให้แก่บ้านเมืองและสืบผลไปยังลูกหลานในอนาคต
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จักรู้สิทธิพื้นฐานและสิทธิอันเป็นธรรมในระบอบเสรีประชาธิปไตย โดยรู้ว่าประชาชนคือเจ้าของอำนาจสูงสุดทั้งด้านการตรากฎหมาย บริหารบ้านเมือง และการผดุงความยุติธรรมตามหลักศีลธรรมและกฎหมาย
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จักขยันแสวงหาและเผยแพร่ความรู้ ความจริง และข้อมูลใหม่ ๆ อันควรต้องประดับปัญญา เพื่อการตัดสินใจที่ยุติธรรม เป็นธรรม รอบคอบ ไม่มีอคติหรือดูถูกใครอย่างไร้เหตุผล และสร้างสรรค์
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จักแสวงหากัลยาณมิตร เผยแพร่ความจริง และสร้างเครือข่ายมดแดงอย่างไม่หยุดหย่อน ไม่เลือกสีเสื้อ ไม่เลือกชนชั้นวรรณะใด ๆ
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จักขยันในการคิด พูด และทำ เพื่อกำจัดสิ่งชั่วร้าย และสร้างสรรค์สิ่งที่ดีงามอันเป็นประโยชน์แก่ตนเอง คนรอบข้าง และประเทศชาติ
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จักมีความอดทนต่อความเห็นต่าง มีความเข้าใจที่มาที่ไปแห่งความแตกต่าง และมีความเมตตาสูงที่จะอธิบาย รอ และให้โอกาสคนอื่นเรียนรู้ เพื่อกลายเป็นมดแดงที่เข้มแข็ง
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จะต้องก้าวพ้นความคิด การพูดจา และการกระทำที่อยู่บนพื้นฐานแห่งความคับแคบ เห็นแก่ตัวมีอคติ ดูถูกผู้อื่น ผิดหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนสากล หรือมีความโกรธ และอยู่บนความหลงตัวบุคคล ระบอบ รูปแบบ และวิธีการใด ๆ เหนือหลักอารยธรรมแห่งเหตุผลและสัจจะของความเป็นมนุษย์
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จักยกตัวเองเป็นตัวจักรของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ดีกว่าของตัว คนรอบข้าง และสังคม ไม่งอมืองอเท้า คือนำความคิด ความรู้ และประสบการณ์ไปสานต่อและประมวลเป็นอุดมการณ์ที่ชัดเจน และกำหนดเป็นแนวปฎิบัติได้ แล้วนำไปปฎิบัติจริง ทั้งมโนกรรม วจีกรรม และกายกรรม
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จะไม่ยอมให้เกิดสิ่งชั่วร้ายหรือการทำร้ายสมาชิกมดแดงต่อหน้าต่อตา โดยไม่กระทำการใด ๆ และสิ่งชั่วร้ายทุกสิ่ง ต้องได้รับการต่อต้าน ขัดขวาง และทำลายล้างเสมอเมื่อมีโอกาส หากทำด้วยตัวเองเกินกำลัง ต้องรู้จักระดมเครือข่ายมดแดงให้ประสานงานกันโดยธรรมชาติ ไม่ต้องรอแกนนำใด ๆ
- มดแดงแต่ละตัว จักส่งเสริมแนวทางเสรีประชาธิปไตยทุกรูปแบบ แต่จะต่อต้าน ประนาม แสดงความเกลียดชังและปฎิเสธการปกครองที่เป็นเผด็จการ การกระทำที่เป็นกบฎต่ออำนาจสูงสุดทุกชนิด และจะไม่งอมืองอเท้าดูใครย่ำยีประชาธิปไตยอีก

practice liberal democracy, drive out dictators, resist tyrants,
and break the vicious cycle once and for all — for our children and grandchildren.

- Every red ant recognizes that it is an essential part of a tremendous collective power — not mere dust under anyone’s feet — capable of changing, reducing, destroying, or eliminating evil, corruption, tyranny, and injustice, while simultaneously building goodness and civilization as a legacy for the nation and future generations.
- Every red ant understands basic rights and human dignity under a liberal democratic system, clearly knowing that supreme sovereignty belongs to the people in law-making, governance, and upholding justice according to morality and the rule of law.
- Every red ant diligently seeks and spreads knowledge, truth, and fair information to nourish wisdom, enabling just, careful, unbiased decisions free from contempt, always leaning toward creation rather than destruction.
- Every red ant ceaselessly builds alliances and a red ant network without discrimination by color, class, caste, or background — believing lasting change grows from an awakened citizenry, not detached elites.
- Every red ant strives in thought, speech, and action to eliminate evil and create beauty and benefit for self, community, and nation.
- Every red ant is patient with differing views, understands their origins, and compassionately explains, waits, and gives others the chance to learn and grow into stronger red ants.
- Every red ant transcends narrow-mindedness, selfishness, prejudice, contempt, human rights violations, rage, and blind devotion to persons, regimes, or methods above reason, ethics, and human truth.
- Every red ant becomes an engine of positive change — not waiting for leaders — turning knowledge and experience into clear ideology and practical action in thought, word, and deed.
- Every red ant refuses to stand idle when evil or harm to fellow ants occurs — all wrongdoing must be resisted and dismantled whenever possible, mobilizing the network naturally, without waiting for any leader.
