When you allow in a given system the stupid guys with guns and power to do whatever they want, you are doomed to be punished. Some elits in Thailand have tried to blame the red-shirted protesters for burnging buildings, but even if they were caught on the scene, they are still entitled to a lawyer and a presumption of them being innocent until proven otherwise.
