I choose love over hatred because it brings people together and heals wounds. Hatred only divides and destroys. ผมเลือกข้างความรักเหนือความเกลียด เพราะมันทำให้คนหันหน้าเข้าหากันแล้วเยียวยาบาดแผลได้

I embrace peace instead of wars, as peace fosters growth, understanding, and harmony, while wars bring suffering and destruction. ผมเลือกสันติภาพแทนที่สงคราม เพราะสันติภาพทำให้เกิดการเติบโต ความเข้าใจ และความกลมเกลียว ขณะที่สงครามนำมาแต่ความทุกข์ทรมาณและการทำลายล้าง

I value truth, not lies, for truth builds trust and integrity, paving the way for genuine relationships and progress. Lies only lead to mistrust and chaos. ผมให้คุณค่าแก่ความจริง ไม่ใช่การโกหก เพราะความจริงสร้างให้เกิดความเชื่อใจและความซื่อสัตย์ แผ้วถางทางไปสู่ความสัมพันธ์ที่เที่ยงแท้และก้าวหน้า  การโกหกมีแต่นำไปสู่ความไม่ไว้วางใจและความวุ่นวาย

I seek facts, not biases, because facts provide a solid foundation for knowledge and decision-making. Biases cloud judgment and perpetuate ignorance. ผมแสวงหาข้อจริง ไม่ใช่อคติ เพราะความจริงนำไปสู่พื้นฐานที่แข็งแกร่งสำหรับความรู้และการตัดสินใจ  อคติจะทำให้การตัดสินใจหม่นมัวและทำให้เกิดการสานต่อความไม่รู้ หรือความโง่

I prefer simplicity over complications, as simplicity brings clarity, ease, and focus. Complications create unnecessary stress and confusion. ผมชอบความธรรมดามากกว่าความวุ่นวาย เพราะความธรรมดานำมาซึ่งความชัดเจน ความง่ายสบาย และสมาธิที่อยู่กับภารกิจ

I practice humility, recognizing that every person has value and that there is always more to learn. Arrogance only blinds us to our own flaws and the worth of others. ผมพยายามฝึกฝนให้ถ่อมเนื้อถ่อมตน โดยตระหนักว่าทุกคนมีคุณค่าของตนและมีอะไรให้เราได้เรียนรู้เสมอ  ความหยิ่งทรนงถือตนมีแต่ทำให้เรามองไม่เห็นข้อผิดพลาดของตัวเราเองและคุณค่าของผู้อื่น

I show compassion instead of indifference, understanding that empathy and kindness can transform lives and create a more caring world. ผมชอบที่จะแสดงความเมตตากรุณาแทนที่การเพิกเฉย โดยเข้าใจว่าความเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้อื่นและความเมตตาสามารถเปลี่ยนชีวิตผู้คนได้ และสร้างโลกที่มีความเอื้ออาทรยิ่งขึ้น

I advocate for inclusiveness rather than exclusion, believing that diversity enriches our experiences and strengthens our communities. Exclusion breeds division and resentment. ผมส่งเสริมการเปิดกว้างโอบรับรับแทนที่การปิดกั้น โดยเชื่อว่าความหลากหลายทำให้ประสบการณ์เรารุ่มรวยยิ่งขึ้นและทำให้ชุมชนหรือสังคมเข้มแข็งยิ่งขึ้น

I choose forgiveness over holding grudges, vengeance, or retaliation, understanding that forgiveness frees us from the burden of anger and allows for healing and reconciliation. ผมเลือกการให้อภัยเหนือการผูกใจเจ็บ ขุ่นแค้น และล้างแค้น โดยเข้าใจว่าการให้อภัยจะปลดปล่อยเราจากภาระจากความโกรธและทำให้การเยียวยาและปรองดองเกิดขึ้นได้

I seek nirvana over endless desires for delusional worldly pleasures, aiming for inner peace and enlightenment rather than being trapped in the endless pursuit of temporary satisfactions. ผมแสวงหานิพพานมากกว่าความปรารถนาที่ไม่สิ้นสุดสำหรับความพอใจทางโลกอันหลอกลวง โดยมุ่งเน้นการเข้าหาสันติภายในและการสว่างรู้แทนที่จะติดอยู่ในกับดักของการมุ่งแสวงหาในความพึงพอใจอันไม่ถาวรอย่างไม่สิ้นสุด
