Troops say the situations under control after 7 key 'Red Shirt' leaders gave themselves up to prevent further bloodshed. It comes after two protesters and an Italian news photographer were killed when the camp was stormed. 42 people have died and more than 300 injured in clashes during the last week. Demonstrators had been calling for resignation of the Primer and fresh elections.
